Deploy an AI assistant on WhatsApp via the Meta Business API. Ideal for customer support, notifications, and conversational commerce.
Requirements
Phone Number ID
Your WhatsApp Business Phone Number ID. Found in the Meta Business Suite under WhatsApp → API Setup.
Access Token
A permanent access token from your Meta Business App. System users provide tokens that don't expire.
Business Verification Required
Meta requires Business Verification to use the WhatsApp API in production. Start the process early — it can take several days. You can test with a sandbox number while waiting.
Setup Steps
Create a Meta Business App
Go to developers.facebook.com, create a Business-type app, and add the WhatsApp product.
Set up WhatsApp
In the WhatsApp product settings, you'll get a test phone number and Phone Number ID.
Generate an access token
Create a System User under Business Settings, assign WhatsApp permissions, and generate a permanent token.
Start Business Verification
Under Security Center in Meta Business Suite, submit your business documents for verification.
Deploy on ClawDock
Go to the Deploy page, select WhatsApp, paste your Phone Number ID and Access Token, and deploy.
